Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or business analytics, preferably in B2B SaaS.
A BA/BS degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to solve problems using a first principles approach and tackle complexity.
Extensive experience in extracting, linking, and manipulating data from various sources, including digital ad platforms and CRM systems.
Expertise in analysis, modeling, reporting, and visualization of growth marketing data.
Solid knowledge of statistics, including experimental design and regression analysis.
Proven success in using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes and drive growth.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Competitive salary range from $118,000 to $185,500, with a starting salary of $141,000 for accomplished candidates.
