The role is for a Senior MDM Engineer with a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM).
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing MDM solutions, preferably using IBM MDM Standard Edition.
The candidate will write complex queries and perform data profiling and analysis using tools like Excel and Python.
Experience with databases such as MS SQL, Oracle, or DB2 is required, along with proficiency in writing DML, DDL, Stored Procedures, and Joins.
The role requires proficiency in programming languages like Core Java, Python, and Shell Script.
Intermediate experience in cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure, is necessary.
The candidate will troubleshoot software incidents and collaborate with technical and business teams, communicating complex concepts in layman terms.
Mentoring junior team members and assisting in effort estimation for responding to RFPs are also part of the responsibilities.
Requirements:
The candidate must have 8-10 years of experience in IT, focusing on MDM or patient identity matching implementation.
A strong hands-on experience in MDM, with 6-8 years of experience in IBM MDM Standard Edition, is preferred.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Core Java, Python, and Shell Script is required.
Experience with databases like MS SQL, Oracle, or DB2, and the ability to write complex queries is essential.
Knowledge of data profiling and analysis, including ETL processes, is necessary.
Intermediate experience in cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure, is required.
Strong troubleshooting skills and incident/problem management experience are essential.
Familiarity with software development methodologies like SDLC and Agile, and tools like JIRA and Confluence, is preferred.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience in DevOps, CI/CD integration, data modeling and mining, large-scale enterprise MDM implementation, and migrations from on-premises to cloud is a plus.
Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $141,400 - $152,000 per year.
