Description:

  • Dev Technology Group is seeking a Senior Microsoft Application Developer to support the Federal Government Client's mission.
  • The role involves developing new tools and technologies, making enhancements, and providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for existing systems.
  • Developers will provide implementation support for new applications/services and enhancements to existing applications/services in an agile environment.
  • Responsibilities include implementing applications/services according to technical requirements and architecture, designing specifications, and performing testing to ensure functionality.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5 years of technical field experience combined with a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience working in agile environments is required.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • The ability to collaborate with team members to meet or exceed client needs and expectations is necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to cross-functional alignment and communication are required.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a passion for solving complex software challenges and enjoy working alongside team members.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a developer with Microsoft development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, .NET, Asp.NET, MVC, WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, and/or Team Foundation Server is preferred.
