Description:
Dev Technology Group is seeking a Senior Microsoft Application Developer to support the Federal Government Client's mission.
The role involves developing new tools and technologies, making enhancements, and providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for existing systems.
Developers will provide implementation support for new applications/services and enhancements to existing applications/services in an agile environment.
Responsibilities include implementing applications/services according to technical requirements and architecture, designing specifications, and performing testing to ensure functionality.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5 years of technical field experience combined with a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience working in agile environments is required.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
The ability to collaborate with team members to meet or exceed client needs and expectations is necessary.
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to cross-functional alignment and communication are required.
Candidates should demonstrate a passion for solving complex software challenges and enjoy working alongside team members.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a developer with Microsoft development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, .NET, Asp.NET, MVC, WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, and/or Team Foundation Server is preferred.
