Description:

We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions, including Generative AI chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems on the Azure platform.
The responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning solutions using Python.
The role involves building and optimizing GenAI applications such as chatbots and RAG pipelines.
You will leverage Azure ML tools and services to orchestrate, train, and deploy ML models.
Collaboration with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into business applications is essential.
You will evaluate and fine-tune model performance with a strong focus on reliability and scalability.
Following best practices in ML development, including CI/CD for model deployment and monitoring, is expected.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or in a similar role.
Proven hands-on experience with Azure ML and cloud-based ML infrastructure is required.
Strong Python programming skills are necessary, with a deep understanding of relevant libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain.
Practical experience with GenAI solutions, particularly RAG architectures and conversational AI/chatbots, is essential.
A solid knowledge of the full ML lifecycle—from data preprocessing to model deployment—is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team are necessary.
