  • We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Parable, who will play a crucial role in building our core data science engine that enhances how companies understand and optimize their time.
  • This position involves collaborating with ML engineers and the CTO to develop advanced models that convert workplace data into valuable insights regarding time and attention.

  • The candidate should possess deep expertise in machine learning techniques, having experience in building and deploying various ML models, from classical supervised learning to advanced neural networks.

  • Responsibilities include developing the core data science engine, applying machine learning techniques to large datasets, contributing to ML foundations at Parable, collaborating with the CTO and engineers, creating scalable model architectures, and establishing metrics for model performance.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
  • Strong expertise in Python is required.
  • Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, as well as libraries like scikit-learn and pandas, is necessary.
  • Demonstrable experience with both supervised and unsupervised learning models, including deep learning, regression, and clustering techniques, is essential.
  • Proficiency in developing and deploying models in cloud-based environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is required.
  • The candidate should have a strong ability to interpret and communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark is desirable.
  • A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
