Description:

The Senior ML Engineer will be responsible for implementing, fine-tuning, and evaluating the latest LLMs, large vision models, and multimodal approaches.
They will present experiment results, including standard metrics and business goal evaluations, and deploy solutions from POC to full-scale production.
Translating business requirements into technical specifications, providing mentorship to other engineers, and contributing to the technical roadmap are key responsibilities.
The role involves writing well-structured, maintainable, and tested code, participating in code reviews, and staying updated on technological developments.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be a thoughtful, conscientious, and self-directed individual with at least 5 years of professional ML experience.
They must have proven experience in the entire modeling lifecycle, strong expertise in fine-tuning and deploying LLMs and large vision models, and a good understanding of ML fundamentals.
A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is required, along with excellent communication skills to engage with diverse audiences.
