The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will work on speech recognition and be involved in product design, applied ML research, and MLOps.

Requirements:

Several years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning for speech recognition, specifically in developing and optimizing ASR systems, not limited to academic research.
Excellent foundation in Speech-to-Text (STT) system development with a focus on real-world applications.
Experience in owning the ML process end-to-end, from concept and exploration to model productionization, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization.
Proven track record of shipping ML models to production using Python and PyTorch.
Ability to train new models from scratch rather than just fine-tuning existing ones.
