• Shape the architecture and tech execution patterns of a green field ecosystem.
• Serve as a leader in tech, partnering with stakeholders, and contributing to the technical strategy and execution.
• Set high standards for documentation, testing, resiliency, monitoring, and code quality.
• Drive efficiencies, simplify code, infrastructure, and data models across the platform.
• Inspire, teach, and guide team members, lead design sessions, and take ownership of operational processes.
• Write reusable and documented code, decompose problems into solutions, and construct complex architectures.

Requirements:

• Participated in shaping the architecture of a mature ML Ops solution and providing quantifiable business value.
• Hands-on experience supporting ML workflow infrastructure from conception to deployment.
• Built resilient batch and streaming data pipelines at scale.
• Advocated for CI/CD best practices and maintained infrastructure through IaC.
• Proficient in high-level programming languages like Python or Scala.
• Experience in data modeling.
• Served as a leader in technology, interacting with stakeholders and understanding business use cases.
