Join a small team of ML Ops Engineers to design, build, and evolve a world-class ML Ops platform for EFG.
Shape the architecture and tech execution patterns of a green field ecosystem.
Serve as a leader in tech, partnering with stakeholders, and contributing to the technical strategy and execution.
Set high standards for documentation, testing, resiliency, monitoring, and code quality.
Drive efficiencies, simplify code, infrastructure, and data models across the platform.
Inspire, teach, and guide team members, lead design sessions, and take ownership of operational processes.
Write reusable and documented code, decompose problems into solutions, and construct complex architectures.
Exemplify company values, nurture a blameless culture, and build strong relationships with team members.

Requirements:

Participated in shaping the architecture of a mature ML Ops solution and providing quantifiable business value.
Hands-on experience supporting ML workflow infrastructure from conception to deployment.
Built resilient batch and streaming data pipelines at scale.
Advocated for CI/CD best practices and maintained infrastructure through IaC.
Proficient in high-level programming languages like Python or Scala.
Experience in data modeling.
Served as a leader in technology, interacting with stakeholders and understanding business use cases.
