Description:
Edelman is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer with over 5 years of relevant experience to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of scalable machine learning pipelines, particularly focusing on Generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
The role involves collaborating across teams to streamline workflows, ensure system reliability, and integrate the latest MLOps tools and practices.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining scalable MLOps pipelines for GenAI applications, deploying and optimizing GenAI models in production environments, and implementing CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
The engineer will also optimize cloud infrastructure for cost-efficient training and serving of models, define best practices for model versioning and governance, and monitor production systems to minimize downtime.
The position requires utilizing Databricks for managing data and ML pipelines and staying updated on advancements in GenAI technologies.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related roles, with a focus on ML and AI.
Proven expertise in deploying and managing Generative AI models such as GPT, Stable Diffusion, or BERT is essential.
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face is required.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and managed AI/ML services is necessary.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration is expected.
Expertise with Databricks, including ML workflows and data pipeline management, is required.
Familiarity with tools like MLflow, DVC, Prometheus, and Grafana for versioning and monitoring is necessary.
Candidates should have experience implementing security and compliance standards for AI systems.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, along with a collaborative mindset, are essential.
Experience in supporting and guiding junior team members is required.
Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Benefits:
The salary range for this position is €65,000 - €80,000 a year, with pay based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, and performance.
The total compensation package may include annual bonuses and a Paid Time Off policy.
Region-specific benefits are also part of the compensation package.
