Description:

The position is for a Senior Mobile Engineer on a 6-month contract, fully remote, targeting candidates from LATAM.
The role involves building complex mobile software using the Flutter framework.
Responsibilities include designing and developing high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS, crafting responsive UI experiences, and managing state effectively.
The engineer will integrate with backend services, optimize app performance, implement testing strategies, and contribute to development workflows using version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a deep understanding of the Flutter framework, including rendering processes and state management.
Expertise in Dart programming is required, with experience in asynchronous programming and Dart’s type system.
Advanced skills in UI/UX design implementation are necessary, including creating custom animations and ensuring responsive design.
Proficiency in various state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC) is essential for architecting scalable applications.
Experience in integrating applications with backend services using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or Firebase is required, along with knowledge of authentication mechanisms.
Candidates should have a strong background in performance optimization for Flutter apps and the ability to diagnose performance issues.
Experience in cross-platform development for both Android and iOS is necessary, along with familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, particularly Git.
The ability to work autonomously and excellent communication skills are essential, as well as strong English speaking capabilities (C1+).
