As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy an internal employee-focused mobile application using React Native with Expo.
You will create robust, scalable, and intuitive user experiences tailored to healthcare workflows and inpatient visits.
Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams, driving change in healthcare, and influencing the technology foundation.
You will architect, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications, optimize performance, and implement testing frameworks.
The role involves managing app deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and participating in code reviews.
You will continuously evaluate new technologies and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain application stability.

Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in building and deploying mobile applications is required.
At least 5 years of dedicated experience with React Native in a production environment is necessary.
Proficiency with Expo and familiarity with its ecosystem is essential.
Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern mobile development practices is required.
Experience in implementing robust testing frameworks and practices is necessary.
Proven experience in publishing and maintaining applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store is required.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
An excellent understanding of UX/UI best practices tailored for mobile platforms is required.
A proven track record of delivering complex projects from concept to deployment is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include previous experience developing healthcare applications and familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA).

The base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$190,000, plus equity and benefits.
Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education.
