Description:
The Personal Finance Management team is focused on developing new products, features, and technology for the Moneytree app.
The role involves end-to-end participation, from inception to the successful release of products or features.
The mission of Moneytree is to connect people, businesses, and institutions, helping them discover opportunities to grow their personal wealth.
Responsibilities include planning and implementing new features for the Moneytree app in collaboration with the team and product management.
The role also involves architecting the future of Moneytree’s mobile technology, improving update delivery speed, and working on cross-platform code.
Maintaining and improving the existing codebase, advocating for areas of improvement, and creating tooling and automation for team efficiency are key tasks.
Delivering complete work integrated with existing infrastructure, ensuring test coverage and documentation for high quality is essential.
Participation in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including discovering and planning work, implementing features, and addressing issues is required.
The position offers a wide scope of responsibility and flexibility in selecting technical solutions to business challenges.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of experience developing Android apps commercially or equivalent experience is required.
Proficiency in Kotlin for building Android applications is necessary.
Experience in writing valuable test coverage is essential.
Candidates must have experience collaborating in cross-functional project teams, closely working with design, backend, and product peers.
An understanding of RESTful API design for integrating backend APIs with mobile apps is required.
Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.
The ability to work independently and drive results is essential.
