GameChanger is a remote-first tech company focused on enhancing youth sports experiences.
The Senior Mobile Engineer will specialize in improving developer experience by focusing on reliability, quality, scalability, and maintainability of the system.
This role involves collaborating with developers to identify testing gaps and facilitating existing testing workflows by building standardized frameworks and shared libraries.
Responsibilities include pioneering new testing strategies, leading the design and development of testing frameworks, and improving the stability and reliability of testing suites.
The engineer will mentor junior and mid-level engineers and help design ways to test critical workflows effectively.
The position requires working full stack across a codebase written in Swift and Kotlin, with a focus on identifying weaknesses in the existing codebase.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in mobile development, preferably in Kotlin and/or Swift.
Extensive experience with testing practices at all levels, including unit, integration, and UI testing, is required.
Proven ability to design and execute large-scale shared libraries and investigate external libraries for implementation in a large codebase is necessary.
The candidate should be able to mentor and train engineers on reliability tactics, including creating documentation and leading training workshops.
