Description:

They are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to work on a project in the fitness and wellness industry.
The project involves a distributed team of 5 engineers working remotely on products used globally by gym operators and their members.
The team aims to enhance the mobile member experience through data-driven, user-centric design.
Responsibilities include collaborating with developers, product managers, and testers to create intuitive mobile experiences, contributing to the Member Experience squad, participating in data-driven decision-making, building features using modern mobile development practices, and working with a tech stack that includes React, React Native, AWS, and APIs developed in Golang, Java, and PHP.
Requirements:
Candidates must have expertise in React Native development.
A minimum of 1 year of experience with a general-purpose programming language such as JavaScript is required.
A solid understanding of React design principles is necessary.
Experience with modern quality and testing practices, including unit and integration testing, is expected.
Candidates should be comfortable learning new technologies and working with complex systems.
Experience with mobile-first development is essential.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
TypeScript knowledge and familiarity with continuous deployment practices and tooling are considered a plus.
