Remote Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native) - LATAM (Remote)

Description:

• Luxury Presence is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer with expertise in React Native to join the Illuminate Squad in Latin America.
• The role involves designing, building, testing, and deploying React Native mobile applications, as well as developing new user-facing mobile features.
• The engineer will participate in evaluating emerging technology and tools, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior Engineers.
• The position also includes participating in squad ceremonies and team events to enhance collaboration and innovation.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with the React Native mobile application framework, with GraphQL experience considered a plus.
• Experience in bridging iOS and Android native layers, data-driven architecture, systems design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture is required.
• Proficiency in utilizing PostgreSQL, integrating with 3rd party APIs, and implementing cloud-native architectures at scale in production environments is essential.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum software development, collaboration tools like Freshworks, JIRA, Rally, and working in Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD) models is necessary.
• Successful candidates should have proven experience in Agile environments like Scrum and Kanban.
