Remote Senior Mobile Test Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Mobile Test Engineer will be responsible for software testing and quality assurance of Global enterprise specializing in Virtual Contact Center Web applications under an Agile software development environment.
• They will also handle software testing and quality assurance of mobile SDK and mobile apps for IOS, Android, and Web Applications on React Native.
• Responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining a library with existing test cases, investigating test failures, and participating in the design of test plans for native cloud applications built-in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• The role involves contributing to Quality and Automation initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams, participating in Agile software development initiatives, and working within a geographically distributed team.
• Qualifications include 5+ years of test automation experience in the SaaS industry, 3+ years of experience in testing mobile apps, knowledge of Web UI Automation with Selenium, familiarity with SW version control and bug-tracking systems, and practical experience with DBMS and API testing.
• Nice to have qualifications include GCP cloud platform experience, knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure automation software tools, experience in Test Automation projects for cloud computing solutions, and familiarity with security protocols and high-volume transactional systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ of test automation experience in Quality Assurance in SaaS industry
• 3+ years’ experience in testing mobile apps
• Extensive experience in front-end testing of Web-based apps on various devices
• Knowledge of Web UI Automation with Selenium or similar tools
• Familiarity with SW version control (GitLab), bug-tracking, and test management systems (Jira, Confluence)
• Proven experience in building, maintaining, and supporting test solutions for enterprise SaaS applications
• Practical experience with DBMS (MySQL desirable) and API testing
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills, logs analysis
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Solid interpersonal, reliable, and communication skills
