Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Application Architect and Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis.
This position is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-class .NET applications.
The role includes mentoring development teams and aligning application systems with organizational goals and technology strategies.
You will architect and evolve systems, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensure project success.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and debugging web applications to deliver efficient and reliable solutions.
You will support third-party integrations, conduct architectural reviews, and stay updated on industry trends.
The role involves optimizing application performance and providing production support as needed.
Additionally, you will mentor teams, promote innovation and best practices, and offer technical knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to project-related staff.
You will monitor software performance and implement improvements to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-class .NET applications is required.
At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD processes for automated build, testing, and deployment using DevOps practices is mandatory.
You must have 3+ years of experience leading a team of software developers through all phases of application development.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms, including instrumenting applications to trace transactions and provide timely alerts for issues, is essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience designing and implementing high-transaction-volume distributed systems.
Architect-level certifications in technical disciplines such as Windows, Linux, Cloud, Networking, Security, or DevOps are also preferred.
