Description:

  • Seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in .Net for the Services Group overseeing a cloud-first media and telephony platform.
  • Responsible for crafting efficient service solutions with a focus on relational and non-relational databases.
  • Involves participation in design discussions, project deliveries, unit testing, and incident management.
  • Requires proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, WPF, Web API, WCF, .Net Core, SQL Server, and more.
  • Must have experience in Contact Center Domain, CTI-based application development, and troubleshooting applications in production.
  • Expected to work in a high-ambiguity environment, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with the production team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Full-Stack C#/.NET development experience.
  • 5+ years of working experience in the Contact Center Domain.
  • 2+ years of experience in CTI-based application development.
  • Proficiency in various technologies including C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong expertise in object-oriented design, SOA, SDLC, microservices, and design patterns.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support servers, load balancers, and peripherals.
  • Experience in writing reliable, unit-tested code and providing production support.
  • Knowledge of version control practices and willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
