• Voice Systems Engineering (VSE) is seeking a skilled Senior .NET Developer to join their remote team.

• The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing, scalable web applications.
• Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code with appropriate documentation, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and performing code reviews while mentoring junior developers.
• The Senior .NET Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions and participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring application performance, quality, and responsiveness is a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have expert-level knowledge of .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET Core.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, including writing, debugging, profiling, and indexing, is required.
• Advanced front-end development skills using JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular 16 are necessary.
• Experience with MVC architecture and SOAP-based systems is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in site optimization and scalability techniques is required.
• Candidates should have the ability to design and maintain high-availability web applications.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is necessary.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning is required.
• A minimum of five years of professional software development experience is needed.
• Candidates should have experience working in multi-developer environments with formal processes.
• A strong understanding of software development best practices is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts are necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
