Voice Systems Engineering (VSE) is seeking a skilled Senior .NET Developer to join their remote team.
The organization specializes in advisor-based technology platforms across various service sectors, including psychic guidance and wellness.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing, scalable web applications.
Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code with appropriate documentation, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and performing code reviews while mentoring junior developers.
The Senior .NET Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions and participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Candidates must have expert-level knowledge of .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET Core.
Strong proficiency with SQL, including writing, debugging, profiling, and indexing, is required.
Advanced front-end development skills using JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular 16 are necessary.
Experience with MVC architecture and SOAP-based systems is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in site optimization and scalability techniques is required.
Candidates should have the ability to design and maintain high-availability web applications.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is necessary.
Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning is required.
A minimum of five years of professional software development experience is needed.
Candidates should have experience working in multi-developer environments with formal processes.
A strong understanding of software development best practices is essential.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Effective communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts are necessary.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.

This position is remote, and the salary range is $125,000 – $135,000 per annum, depending on experience and expertise.
