Description:
Crossvale is seeking a skilled Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in .NET Core and experience in infrastructure, software development, and technical leadership.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about building innovative solutions, leading teams, and ensuring client satisfaction while contributing to complex and impactful projects.
Key responsibilities include working closely with the Architecture team to understand design requirements and construct solutions that meet production standards.
The developer will integrate technical solutions with enterprise systems while following Agile or Waterfall methodologies based on client preferences.
The role involves taking ownership of designated project areas, providing accurate task estimations, and managing timelines.
The Senior .NET Developer will serve as the primary client contact for technical project aspects, offering support, guidance, and technical insights.
Responsibilities also include building and maintaining project maps, developing, deploying, and managing OS hardening procedures, and anticipating risks associated with implementations.
The developer will manage internal documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance, participate in client meetings to gather requirements, and resolve technical issues through debugging.
The role includes acting as a technical leader, mentoring junior consultants, and leading the team in adhering to best practices and implementing scalable solutions.
The developer will ensure professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all technical tasks, fostering client confidence, and serve as the main point of contact for technical escalations and decision-making.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems is required.
Candidates should have 6-8 years of experience in software development or infrastructure networking.
Expertise in .NET Core, Software Development Processes, API/Web Service design, and Agile frameworks is essential.
Proficiency in creating Microservice templates and setting up CI/CD pipelines is required.
Experience working with Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes as runtime platforms is necessary.
Knowledge of API development, REST JSON API, containers, and microservices is expected.
Experience with AMQ and Financial Services is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are required.
The ability to work effectively within a team and travel as required is necessary.
Excellent English communication skills are essential, as the role is fully remote and interactions will be with English-speaking colleagues.
