Description:
ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking a Senior .NET Developer for an International Technology Services Provider focused on ISO-compliant Mobile Driving Licenses, Mobile IDs, and Wallet Apps.
The position is fully remote or hybrid, with the company premises located in Athens.
Candidates must be based in Greece and hold a valid EU Work Permit.
The Senior .NET Developer will be part of the Product Development team supporting and enhancing the Wallet product.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing software applications using the .NET framework.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements.
The developer will optimize and maintain existing systems for scalability and performance.
Writing clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages is essential.
The candidate must deliver high-performance, functional, and fully tested code on time.
Testing, debugging, and enhancing software to ensure quality is a key responsibility.
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices is expected.
The role includes mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 6+ years of professional experience with .NET technologies, including .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
Experience in end-to-end SDLC in either Waterfall or Agile methodologies is necessary.
A solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts is required.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential.
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems is required.
Proficiency in code versioning tools, such as Git, is necessary.
Any experience in oAuth/openid and IdentityServer4 is highly desirable.
Experience in Software Product Development and familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is preferred.
Experience with microservices architecture and knowledge of modern software design patterns is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically are essential.
