This is a remote contract position for those based in Poland.
Nearform builds digital products that enhance user experiences and help enterprises improve their workflows and customer experiences.
The company is looking for a Senior .Net Developer to assist enterprise clients in translating their requirements into functional and appealing interactive applications.
The ideal candidate should be outcome-driven and focused on delivering high-quality results within specific timeframes.
Key responsibilities include designing and building cloud-based applications using server-side technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem, leading and supporting a small offshore team, and ensuring technical quality standards.
Additional responsibilities involve defining structured practices in source code management, designing data storage solutions, implementing security measures, executing automated tests, troubleshooting applications, and optimizing for speed and scalability.

Requirements:

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Candidates must have experience delivering at a Senior Developer level in an agile and enterprise environment.
A deep understanding of server-side code and experience developing in .Net Core is required.
Experience leading or working with an offshore team is necessary.
Proficiency with Azure Cloud and Azure Virtual Machines is expected.
Candidates should have experience with Docker, particularly hosting containers inside another container on Azure VM.
A deep understanding of modern testing methodologies, tools, and practices is required.
Familiarity with version control tools, including Git and Azure DevOps, is essential.
Familiarity with microservice architecture patterns is also required.
Nice to have: Experience with Blazor and familiarity with common software patterns like Anti Corruption Layer and Command and Query Responsibility Segregation.
