• The ability to optimize performance factors and memory footprints using tools like PerfView, Microsoft Visual Studio Profiler, and RenderDoc is necessary.
• Experience in writing efficient, compact, and cross-platform code is required.
• A deep understanding of algorithms and data structures, along with hands-on experience in complexity analysis, is expected.
• Expertise in designing and implementing modular, easily extensible solutions is crucial.
