Description:
XA Group is seeking a remote .NET Software Engineer to work on automotive software technology for enterprise-level clients.
The role involves leading engineering teams and participating in multidisciplinary teams on global projects that shape the future of automotive technology.
Candidates must have expertise in .NET and Azure, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in multiple Azure .NET technologies.
Responsibilities include analyzing system requirements, creating development plans, writing clean and testable code, developing technical specifications, testing and debugging .NET applications, reviewing and refactoring code, deploying applications, upgrading existing programs, supporting junior developers, and documenting procedures.
The position requires ownership over AI, IoT, .NET, and Analytics microservices and their SLAs.
The candidate should be willing to engage in the entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to SLA management.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in .NET software development.
Proficiency in building a suite of .NET microservices used in API/SDK first and headless fashion, as well as event-based architecture using pub/sub and webhook techniques is required.
In-depth knowledge of at least one .NET language, such as C# or Visual Basic .NET, is necessary.
Familiarity with database technologies and the design of systems using structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data is essential.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Azure, is required.
Candidates should be familiar with agile environments and possess strong troubleshooting abilities.
Good communication skills are necessary, with an English proficiency level of Upper-Intermediate+ (B2+).
A BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field is required.
Experience with Node.js and PHP is considered a nice-to-have.
