Description:
NeuroFlow is seeking a Senior .NET Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of complex full-stack software projects that advance behavioral health technology.
The role involves mentoring junior engineers and peers, driving technical strategies, and collaborating across departments to align engineering initiatives with business goals.
The engineer will champion innovation by introducing advanced methodologies and technologies to enhance product capabilities and performance.
This position can be based in Philadelphia or performed remotely.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
Deep expertise in object-oriented programming with C#, advanced skills in TypeScript, and significant experience with .NET Framework or .NET 5+ are required.
Proficiency in leading front-end technologies and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue is necessary.
Expertise in designing and implementing complex backend APIs and services using .NET Framework or .NET 5+ is essential.
A strong background in working with ORMs and databases (e.g., nHibernate, Entity Framework, SQL Server) is required.
Candidates must be proficient in writing sophisticated unit, integration, and UI automation tests.
Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) using tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps is needed.
Experience with software containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes is required.
Nice to have: Experience with cloud architectures on platforms like AWS or Azure, familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR, and familiarity with building integrations with EHRs.
