Lone Wolf is seeking a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join their team in Medellín, Colombia, working remotely.
The company aims to simplify real estate transactions by providing a digital lead-to-close experience for agents, brokers, and consumers.
The role involves constructing web applications using .NET Core and React as part of a fast-moving product development team.
Responsibilities include developing products and features that are simple, intuitive, maintainable, responsive, reliable, scalable, and performant.
The engineer will play a central role in the software development life cycle, improving the end-to-end experience and shaping the vision of innovative products.
Candidates should take pride in designing elegant solutions, have high standards for code quality, and be fast learners eager to improve their software architecture knowledge.
The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team while engaging with other departments and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4-6+ years of experience developing and delivering large scale distributed systems.
A minimum of 4-6+ years of experience with the .NET Framework, Standard, or Core is required.
At least 2+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is necessary.
Understanding of the DRY, SOLID, and KISS principles of software development is essential.
Prior experience with relational databases, preferably MSSQL, and non-relational database technologies is required.
Experience with at least one major IaaS and/or PaaS technology, preferably Azure, is needed.
A background in high-growth Agile SaaS-based engineering organizations is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, are required.
Candidates should be able to clearly explain and justify ideas when faced with competing alternatives and apply common design patterns across a wide range of technical problems.
