Description:

MentorMate is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their .NET team in a remote capacity.
The role involves participating in the software development process, including design, development, unit testing, and technical documentation.
The developer will work on a complex software project based on C# and contribute to the development life cycle of a mature software product.
Responsibilities include designing and developing web APIs, working with the latest Microsoft technologies and third-party API providers, and developing and testing critical system components.
The position requires applying best practices and proven architectural patterns while participating in a daily Scrum process.
Collaboration with global team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders is essential.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET and 1+ years of experience with Angular.
A good understanding of best coding practices and frequently used design patterns is required.
Experience in developing cross-browser web applications and SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL database design and implementation is necessary.
Solid experience with writing unit tests and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is expected.
Proficiency in DevOps practices, including experience with containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), is required.
Experience with the SCRUM development methodology and excellent spoken and written English skills are essential.
