Description:

Lone Wolf is seeking a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join their team in Medellín, Colombia, working remotely.
The company aims to simplify real estate transactions by providing a digital lead-to-close experience for agents, brokers, and consumers.
The role involves constructing web applications using .NET Core and React as part of a fast-moving product development team.
Responsibilities include developing high-quality, maintainable, and scalable SaaS solutions, collaborating with UI designers and product owners, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
The engineer will participate in the software development life cycle, improve existing applications, and maintain coding, compliance, and security standards.
The ideal candidate should have a reputation for designing simple solutions, high standards for code quality, and a drive to improve their knowledge of software architecture.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4-6+ years of experience developing and delivering large-scale distributed systems.
A minimum of 4-6+ years of experience with the .NET Framework, Standard, or Core is required.
At least 2+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is necessary.
Understanding of the DRY, SOLID, and KISS principles of software development is essential.
Prior experience with relational databases, preferably MSSQL, and non-relational database technologies is required.
Experience with at least one major IaaS and/or PaaS technology, preferably Azure, is needed.
A background in high-growth Agile SaaS-based engineering organizations is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills are required.
Candidates should be able to clearly explain and justify ideas when faced with competing alternatives and communicate common design patterns across a wide range of technical problems.
