Description:

  • Aiwyn is a rapidly growing software company focused on serving the accounting profession, founded in 2020 and currently working with over 100 of the largest CPA firms globally.
  • The company aims to enhance cash flow, save Partner time, and provide exceptional client experiences through its Practice Automation solutions.
  • The Senior .NET Software Engineer will design and develop robust, scalable software solutions using the Microsoft technology stack while maintaining high code quality standards.
  • Responsibilities include implementing complex features in C#, contributing to architectural decisions, and shaping cloud-native applications on Azure.
  • The role involves collaborating within agile teams to deliver high-quality features, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical discussions.
  • The engineer will tackle complex technical problems, propose innovative solutions, and improve development practices, tooling, and system reliability.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in C# and the .NET ecosystem, preferably with .NET 6 or later.
  • Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, writing stored procedures, and query optimization is necessary.
  • A solid understanding of object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming, and software design principles is essential.
  • The ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code is a must.
  • Candidates should demonstrate the ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems in cloud-based, distributed systems.
  • Identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions is required.
  • A strong commitment to code quality and automated testing is essential, along with familiarity with testing frameworks such as xUnit/NUnit.
  • Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions is necessary.
  • Candidates must be able to clearly communicate technical concepts and decisions.
  • Active participation in code reviews and technical design discussions is expected.
  • The role requires effective teamwork experience in agile environments and a willingness to mentor junior developers.
  • Familiarity with event-driven systems and RESTful APIs is preferred.
  • Understanding of system monitoring and observability in Azure environments is beneficial.
