Remote Senior NetSuite Developer

Description:

• The Senior NetSuite Developer is responsible for solution engineering, recommending and developing process improvements, evaluating third-party tools, and implementing enhancements to the NetSuite ERP system.
• This role works in partnership with the Business Applications team to closely align the NetSuite system with business goals and directly impact the growth and future of the ConnectWise platform.
• Provides support to the IT team, with a high attention to detail.
• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings.
• May coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members.
• Develops, tests, and deploys customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs.
• Develops custom code to meet user requirements.
• Maintains users, roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules.
• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity.
• Refines and customizes internal billing tools and methods.
• Works with multiple teams on roadmap projects involving financial applications and processes.
• Researches and analyzes application behaviors and improves performance and stability.
• Coordinates and communicates with impacted user groups.
• Configures NetSuite to align to company use of forms, fields, and customer records to manage unique business process requirements.
• Ensures business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite and other IT financial enterprise applications.
• Designs changes to existing systems and integrates new systems into infrastructure if needed.
• Assists in implementing process improvements with systematic solutions.
• Understands, articulates, and documents needed customization, reports, and capabilities.
• Takes a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex issues.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience is required.
• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Experience with NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing is essential.
• A NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer certificate is preferred.
