Description:

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer for a full-time, fully remote opportunity.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, supporting, and maintaining network and security system infrastructure while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
The role involves developing and maintaining support documents, standard operating procedures, and policies.
The Senior Network Engineer will serve as Level 3 and 4 escalation for Enterprise Network-related incidents.
The position requires providing off-hours and weekend support (2 weekends per month).
The candidate will troubleshoot and resolve critical network issues.
Ensuring high availability and performance of enterprise network environments is a key responsibility.

Requirements:

The candidate must have 5+ years in Systems Engineering, Professional Services Consulting, or Support Engineering.
A strong understanding of Enterprise, Service Provider, and Azure Cloud networking and security is required.
The ability to support and maintain network and security system infrastructure, along with best practices, is essential.
Experience with Windows, Mac, and/or GNU/Linux operating systems is necessary.
Familiarity with ITIL foundation, ITSM, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow is expected.
The candidate must be available to support 2 weekends per month (Friday-Sunday).
