Remote Senior Network Support Engineer

Description:

• As a Senior Network Support Engineer at Faptic Technology, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of clients' networks by supporting their cryptography solutions.
• You will analyze and resolve incidents, configure and troubleshoot cryptography solutions, and provide technical support to customers through various channels.
• Your role will involve responding to service requests, managing changes, conducting problem management investigations, and providing training and documentation.
• Collaboration with key stakeholders and building strong customer relationships will be essential in this role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, advanced degree preferred, along with CCNP or equivalent certification.
• Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting IPsec VPNs using platforms like Cisco Secure Firewalls, Juniper SRX, or Palo Alto Networks.
• Proficiency in PKI concepts, SSL/TLS protocols, network security principles, encryption, authentication, and network management.
• Deep knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols, load balancers, HTTP Protocol, DNS, and security technologies.
• Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
