Description:
As a Senior Network Support Engineer at Faptic Technology, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of clients' networks by supporting their cryptography solutions.
You will analyze and resolve incidents, configure and troubleshoot cryptography solutions, and provide technical support to customers through various channels.
Your role will involve responding to service requests, managing changes, conducting problem management investigations, and providing training and documentation.
Collaboration with key stakeholders and building strong customer relationships will be essential in this role.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, advanced degree preferred, along with CCNP or equivalent certification.
Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting IPsec VPNs using platforms like Cisco Secure Firewalls, Juniper SRX, or Palo Alto Networks.
Proficiency in PKI concepts, SSL/TLS protocols, network security principles, encryption, authentication, and network management.
Deep knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols, load balancers, HTTP Protocol, DNS, and security technologies.
Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
