Remote Senior NOC Engineer

Description:

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies such as SMPP, TLS, SS7, TCP/IP, and VPN.
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools and troubleshooting skills using Wireshark and Trace Analyser.
• Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Experience with SMS & Voice Switches, specifically Alaris SMS.
