Description:

Full-time role for 40 contracted hours per week
Salary range of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum
Hybrid team based throughout the UK
Flexibility to work outside the UK up to 90 days per year
Must work and live permanently within the UK
Travel to London weekly for team meetings
Isla enables healthcare systems to deliver next-level healthcare through a technology platform
Platform provides clinicians with continuous clinical information from patients
Approved by NHS Digital as a cloud storage solution
Work directly with Engineers and Founders for professional development
Tech stack includes GCP, Node.js, Typescript, Angular, REST/GQL APIs, Terraform, Jest, NoSQL databases
Responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions
Lead technical excellence and continuous improvement
Build and mentor a high-caliber engineering team
Tasks include platform development, cloud infrastructure management, international rollouts, and product strategy contribution
