Responsibilities include designing and architecting scalable software solutions, collaborating with team members, writing technical specifications, shipping features, leading projects, participating in code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and simplifying complex problems.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
An expert in estimating effort for execution is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
The ability to lead big/multi-sprint projects and ensure deliverables are met is necessary.
Proven experience in writing technical specifications, tickets, and tasks is required.
Candidates must be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently are essential.
Candidates should be great engineering mentors who can guide junior engineers and help them grow.
A strong understanding of software engineering principles and the ability to simplify complex problems is required.
