Description:

The position is for a Senior Oracle Apex Developer at a leading transportation broker and logistics provider.
The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Oracle APEX applications.
Responsibilities include writing, tuning, and managing complex PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, and database triggers.
The developer will support data architecture, including integrating data through APIs and EDI.
The role requires quickly learning existing functionality and providing swift solutions to production issues.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 15+ years of experience in Oracle Apex development and PL/SQL programming.
Strong experience in Oracle APEX, including web applications development using APEX templates and Universal Themes, is required.
Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL with experience writing stored procedures, functions, packages, and database triggers is necessary.
Experience in data architecture and integration using APIs and EDI is essential.
The ability to quickly resolve production issues and optimize system performance is required.
Proficiency in relational data modeling and performance tuning is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking are required.
Candidates must be able to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
