• Version 1 is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS/Cloud Service Delivery Manager to join its Aspire Managed Service Practice.
• The role focuses on building trust relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction scores and engaged staff.
• Responsibilities include monthly and quarterly forecasting, strategy agreement, service design input, internal reporting, customer service reviews, and more.
• The position requires strong leadership, decision-making, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in delivering Customer First outcomes and ERP systems transformation is essential.

Requirements:
