Description:

• Join a new QA team as a Senior Performance Test Engineer Team Lead to guide talented test engineers in designing, running, and analyzing tests for a leading payment processing solution provider.
• Collaborate with a Fortune 500 client to ensure the client's POS software meets high standards for performance and scalability.
• Enhance the performance and stability of the POS system through performance and load testing on cloud-based and mobile applications.
• Lead the team in creating and executing complex test plans, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing testing frameworks from scratch.
• Mentor junior team members, analyze performance metrics, and report on test results to improve software solutions for the client.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on automation testing experience, including performance and load testing.
• Proficiency with tools like Gatling and K6, as well as experience tracking performance metrics and troubleshooting issues.
• Background in mobile application performance testing, strong Docker skills, and experience with AWS services.
• Strong leadership skills, QA team leadership experience, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and an upper-intermediate level of English.
• Desirable: Familiarity with fintech domain, SQL DB knowledge, and experience creating testing frameworks for POS from scratch.
