Remote Senior PHP Developer

Description:

• The Senior PHP Developer will be responsible for solving complex problems with innovative solutions, designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality PHP applications, conducting unit testing, refactoring legacy code, performing code reviews, and maintaining documentation.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in PHP, experience with frameworks like Laravel and Symfony, at least 5 years of experience, proficiency in unit testing, expertise in refactoring legacy code, knowledge of front-end technologies, familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms, experience with version control systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in PHP with a deep understanding of frameworks like Laravel and Symfony.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PHP development.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing unit tests.
• Expertise in refactoring legacy code and simplifying complex systems.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with other programming languages and technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS, and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, communication, collaboration, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
