Sightview Software LLC is seeking an experienced Senior PHP Engineer to join their remote team.

The candidate will develop and execute comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards is also a key responsibility.
The engineer will maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for new features, code changes, and system architecture.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in PHP with a deep understanding of its frameworks, such as Laravel and Symfony, is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development is necessary.
Strong experience in designing and implementing unit tests is essential.
Expertise in refactoring legacy code and simplifying complex systems is required.
A solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is necessary.
Experience with other programming languages and technologies is preferred.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, as well as experience with cloud platforms like AWS, is required.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git, is necessary.
Previous experience with HL7 and FHIR is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
