We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer (Symfony, React) to join our R&D team at 12Go.
The role involves building the leading online travel platform, providing seamless booking experiences for travelers worldwide.
12Go offers a wide range of transportation options, including trains, buses, ferries, and flights, to help customers travel conveniently and affordably.
The R&D department focuses on creating groundbreaking solutions that reshape how people explore the world, using a modern tech stack and following top industry standards for security, scalability, and reliability.
The Senior PHP Developer will work on the Supply team, building tools that automate business processes and add new destinations for customers.
The development process includes CI/CD pipelines and unit testing, and the team strives to follow best practices while working with both modern frameworks and some legacy code.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and committed to writing simple yet high-quality code.

Requirements:

Proficiency in PHP (Symfony) and a willingness to work with legacy code is required.
Strong SQL skills are necessary for this position.
Experience working with React is essential, and knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript is preferred.
A proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, is required.
A good understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications is necessary.
Technical English proficiency is required.
Nice to have: Motivation to work in the travel domain and a genuine interest in improving the product, as well as previous experience in the travel industry.
