Description:
The Customer Outcomes team at ServiceNow helps customers achieve their business outcomes by providing Customer Success services.
The Customer Outcomes Platform Architect is an advisory role responsible for establishing a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and designing solutions that drive business outcomes.
This role involves establishing and supporting best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and overall platform health.
The position is highly consultative and does not involve configuration on the platform but guides partner and customer resources to achieve their goals.
The architect will develop strong relationships with C-suite and business leaders to understand the client’s vision and translate business objectives into outcomes through a visual customer roadmap.
The role requires interaction with customer architecture personnel to analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint.
Responsibilities include driving platform health by reviewing configurations and customizations, establishing delivery operating model governance, advocating ServiceNow’s leading practices, contributing thought leadership, and guiding customers through solution design and technical implementation.
Requirements:
Candidates should have management consulting experience, preferably from a Big 4 or strategy firm, or experience in an OEM software or cloud company.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting leadership roles focused on technology is required.
Experience as an enterprise architect in a Fortune 500 or OEM software/cloud company is necessary, with a career progression in technical and architecture roles.
Candidates must have experience working with functional business leaders to identify business objectives and develop outcome-focused roadmaps.
A minimum of 3 years of large program experience leading architecture and design is required.
Experience in an Enterprise or Solution Architect role, including data modeling, core data design, security, integrations, and configuration management, is essential.
Candidates should have experience implementing cloud-based systems such as Salesforce, Workday, AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud, with 1-2 years of ServiceNow Platform experience desired but not required.
Required competencies include customer focus, collaborative skills, results-driven mindset, executive-level communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Benefits:
The position offers a base pay range of $116,600.00 - $182,050.00, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
