Fieldguide is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer, Machine Learning to build and maintain infrastructure for ML solutions in the audit and advisory industry.
The role involves creating scalable systems for model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement to support ML Engineers in delivering impactful solutions.
This position is crucial for bridging the gap between ML development and production-ready systems in a rapidly scaling Series B-stage company.
The successful candidate will work on designing and implementing infrastructure for ML model management, developing platforms for running ML algorithms at scale, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of ML systems.
Collaboration with ML Engineers, staying updated on MLOps advancements, and contributing to internal tools and frameworks for improving ML workflow efficiency are key responsibilities.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or a related field with a focus on ML systems.
Proficiency in ML frameworks, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), container runtime architectures (preferably Kubernetes), and at least one programming language (preferably Python or Typescript).
Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing startup environment.
