Description:

Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure for microservices architecture.
Implement best practices for cloud infrastructure management, automation, monitoring, and cost optimization.
Collaborate with development teams for seamless integration and deployment of services.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect systems and data.
Monitor system performance, identify, and resolve issues proactively.
Lead incident response efforts for timely resolution and effective communication.
Develop API integrations with external systems.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster continuous improvement and learning.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior-level infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or security role.
Deep understanding of cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS, Azure), microservices infrastructure tuning and scaling, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
Expertise in automation tools (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPN, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Stackdriver, Prometheus, etc.).
Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and infrastructure-as-code.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote team environment.
