Requirements:

A strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and software design principles is essential.
Hands-on experience in building distributed systems and managing production-grade projects is required.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React/Redux is necessary.
Experience with dynamic backend languages such as Ruby with Rails, Python with Django/Flask, or PHP with Laravel is needed.
Familiarity with statically typed languages such as Java, Go, C++, or Rust is important.
A solid understanding of RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and the ability to optimize queries and interpret query plans is required.
Experience with build tools like Webpack, Parcel, Rollup, or esbuild is necessary.
Working knowledge of Linux, SSH, and basic server administration is required.
Exposure to Docker and, preferably, Kubernetes for container orchestration is important.
Bonus skills include experience with CI/CD pipelines and knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Contributions to open-source projects or participation in developer communities are considered a plus.

The salary range for this position is Rs 2000000 - Rs 4000000 (INR 20-40 LPA).
