Description:

Hugging Face is seeking a Senior Post-Sales Machine Learning Engineer to join their Success team, focusing on growing accounts with larger companies.
The role involves reducing churn and upselling larger service engagements by making recommendations to decision-makers, typically directors of data science.
The Senior Post-Sales ML Engineer will engage with customer leads and managers to discuss business problems that Hugging Face can help solve or accelerate.
Responsibilities include empathizing with customers to understand their issues and goals, solving customer problems through research and coding, and building meaningful relationships with customers.
The candidate must be able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and continuously learn and share knowledge with customers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience building NLP/Vision solutions and understand the ML Lifecycle and basics of cloud infrastructure.
Proficiency with the transformers library is required, as customers seek expertise in this area.
