Description:

Udacity is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to join its fast-growing Sales team in India.
The role involves partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Strategic Alliances teams to engage with Global 2000+ customers and align Udacity's programs with their business outcomes.
The Solutions Architect will leverage technical expertise to understand customer challenges and prescribe comprehensive solutions.
Responsibilities include exceeding new business sales quotas, understanding Udacity’s curriculum, articulating the value proposition to Technology and Business Leaders, advising on critical technical skills, assessing customer requirements, identifying technology trends, and building relationships with technical champions.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of pre-sales experience in SaaS or consulting experience delivering digital transformation solutions.
Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
A strong understanding of enterprise technology stacks in data science, AI, software engineering, and cloud ecosystems is essential.
Excellent presentation and communication skills are required, along with superior listening, questioning, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to think strategically about complex issues and provide thoughtful recommendations.
