Adentro is seeking a Senior Principal Software Engineer / Lead Engineer to lead their Adtech/Martech technology stack.
The role involves driving engineering leadership by evolving Adentro’s Adtech/Martech stack and developing a robust semantic layer for self-service analytics.
Responsibilities include building modern Adtech solutions by architecting scalable front-end and back-end systems to enhance product accessibility, usability, and reliability.
The candidate will lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the engineering team.
Establishing governance frameworks to enhance quality, security, and compliance of the platform is essential, along with implementing observability practices for proactive monitoring and optimization.
The role requires cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and business teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
The candidate will manage infrastructure by designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and scalable architecture for data integration into the corporate data warehouse.
Project oversight includes managing timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in technical roles, including 4+ years of leading complex engineering projects.
A deep knowledge of the end-to-end data lifecycle, including cloud-first data strategies, data modeling, and semantic layer development is required.
Proficiency in Golang, Scala, Python, Kafka, and front-end development (ReactJS is a plus) is necessary.
Experience with databases and BI tools such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, and Mode is essential.
A proven track record of designing scalable, high-performance systems is required.
Strong knowledge of system design, application architecture, and documentation best practices is necessary.
A passion for mentoring and fostering team growth is important.
Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based solutions is required.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory.
