Description:

As a Senior Product Data Analyst, you will directly impact the company's results through insights and reports.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, and other business stakeholders to assist with prioritization, assessments, and business recommendations.
Your responsibility will include nurturing a data-driven culture within the company, making data easier to consume through interactive reports, easy-to-use datasets, documentation, and training.
You will empower the organization to be more data-driven by modeling and analyzing complex systems, identifying gaps, insights, or optimizations.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining an organized and user-friendly reporting system using tools like Tableau and Metabase.
Occasionally, you will work on the inner layers of the Data Warehouse to provide clean and documented datasets, using DBT for data transformation.

Requirements:

You must have 4+ years of experience in data and analytics at data-driven companies.
A STEM or business background or relevant education is required to empower the organization to be more data-driven.
You should possess a learning mindset, taking pride in understanding problems deeply and asking the right questions.
Being a team player is essential; you should create an environment where people are excited to work with you.
A strong business focus is necessary, with a deep understanding of how your analysis connects with the product, customers, and financials.

The salary range for this position is $60-$70k USD annually.
