Description:
The Senior Product Data Analyst will report directly to the VP of Product Operations and will work cross-functionally to analyze product usage and behavior data as well as customer outcome data.
This role will help Keyfactor make decisions that influence product value/features, customer support, and operational efficiency.
The analyst will collaborate with other departments and leadership to provide valuable information for strategic business and roadmap decisions.
Responsibilities include proactively seeking out trends, creating analysis frameworks, and translating raw data insights into business strategy.
The analyst will build data models in a structured data warehouse and develop reports, dashboards, and metrics in partnership with RevOps and Customer Teams.
The role involves forming opinions on tools, products, and processes to meet analytics needs and improving product priorities based on customer needs.
The analyst will partner with product, engineering, and GTM teams to ensure proper data tracking for measuring product success.
The position requires optimizing how teams leverage data for roadmap decisions and supporting R&D leadership with dashboards that highlight engineering efficiency.
Establishing a repeatable executive reporting cadence on product insights and sharing analysis conclusions with both technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
The position can be performed remotely, and applicants must hold US citizen or US permanent resident status.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Experience with product monetization and FP&A practices is required.
Practical experience in a business environment influencing decision-making with data is necessary.
Candidates should have experience owning cross-functional support of a Business Intelligence tool.
Proficiency in SQL for data transformation and analysis is essential, including advanced SQL techniques.
Experience with Customer Data Platforms and working with R&D, business, and operations teams in an analytics capacity is required.
A basic understanding of prediction and personalization algorithms is necessary.
Familiarity with data schemas and a solid understanding of data modeling for data warehouses is required.
The ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive actionable results is essential.
A passion for data's role in solving complex questions and a desire for continuous learning and improvement is important.
Experience presenting analyses to key stakeholders at various organizational levels is required.
